Stay Drunk for Less: Local Specials Every Day of The Week

Alright-in my opinion there's only two difficult things about being a college student:

1) Going to class, and

2) Having enough money to go out drinking everynight.

The problem that I always run into though (besides skipping class because I'm too hungover) is that, as a college student, money is tight. In addition to this dilema is the "recession", and, as if that wasn't enough, West Chester is like a Mecca for lawyers earning a ton of money defending college students for misdemeanor marijuanna possesion charges.

As a result of the abundance of all the wealthy marijuana-prohibition-funded lawyers in town, bars have discovered they can pretty much charge as much as they want for beer/liquor, and still stay in business. So what's a WCU student to do?

Here's a list of reasonably priced specials for every day of the week...

Sunday-

Baxters. Actually now it's called Ram's Head, but who cares? The point is there's 5$ Budlight pitchers and 35cent Wings.

Monday-

Barnaby's. 2.50$ Stella's. Buy one get one Burgers. 2$ Bud drinks (weiser/light/lime) 10-2

Tuesday-

Jitters. 2$ Miller Lights. 50cent Tacos.

Wednesday-

Spence Cafe. Reggae Night. Live Entertainment for a 5 dollar cover, but if you get in the doors before 10, you're alriht. 2.50$ Red Stripes/random dark asian beer. 3.00$ Captain Morgan Drinks. 1.00$ Miller

Thursday-

Landmark. 2$ You-Call-Its

Friday-

Start the night off at Barnabys and enjoy 2.75$ Blue Moon. Then head over to Doc McGrogan's Oyster Bar and grab yourself a 5.00$ Fishbowl of mystery blue/red black out concoctions or Long Island Icetea .

Saturday-

Same as Friday. Or your broke (but well budgeted) ass could go to a house party or something.

If drinks under 3.00$ are still too expensive for you, I suppose you could always go to Jakes Bar and get yourself a couple 50cent Drafts, or you might want to think about taking a night off...you alcoholic
